V. SAGUN, Zamboanga Del Sur (Jan. 6, 2019) – The PNP Personnel of Vincenzo Sagun MPS, Zamboanga Del Sur in coordination with Intel 2nd Mechanize Brigade, Phil. Army, Iligan City, conducted police operation on wanted person at about 6:00 AM of January 5, 2019 at Behind Village, Maria Cristina Falls, Iligan City.
The operation was resulted to the arrest of Jorge Cabol, 72 years old, married, farmer, and a resident Barangay Kabatan, Vincenzo Sagun, Zamboanga Del Sur.
The accused person was arrested by virtue of Warrant of Arrest for the crime of Rape(3 counts) under Criminal Case No. 15-022, 15-023, 15-024 issued by Presiding Judge of Regional Trial Court Branch 29, San Miguel, Zamboanga del Sur dated July 23, 2015 with no bail bond recommended.
The arrested subject person is now under the custody of Vincenzo Sagun MPS for proper disposition.
